Peter is
Managing Partner of Sound Solutions Acoustic Consultancy. Sound Solutions
has been established
for over ten years and is based at Shoreham Airport in Sussex.

He is responsible
for project managing all aspects of the practice. As well as overseeing
the technical responsibilities of three other consultants, and the technical
assistants on the staff. Peter is personally involved in the day-to-day

Included within a desire to train others in the Science and Art of Acoustics is an interest in bringing Acoustics to the fore in the public perception. There are many areas of applicability within everyday life, impinging upon issues of Health and Safety as well as the acoustic quality of the environment.
One of Peter's prime interests at present is to bring project work in Acoustics into schools, so that the enthusiasm of young people is ignited and they can see the future career potential of the subject.
This is something that both Peter and Barbs Attwood are keen to bring about in forthcoming projects: Peter from a science viewpoint, and Barbs bringing an art perspective.
